Notice Regarding Delay in Opening 2026–2027 Winter ReservationsPosted
Reservations for the 2026–2027 winter season were originally scheduled to open on June 1, 2026.
However, as we are still preparing our booking system, we have decided to postpone the opening date.
Thank you for your continued interest in Shirakaba.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.
We are currently planning to open reservations sometime during June.
While the exact date has not yet been finalized, guests who contact us in advance will receive an email notification before reservations officially open.

About 25 minutes via R117 from Toyota Iiyama IC of the Joshinetsu Expressway.
By train
1.From JR Iiyama Station Chikumagawa Exit( Main Exit), take direct bus（Nozawaonsen Liner)
to Nozawa onsen Chuo Bus Terminal or take taxi about 20minutes.
2.From JR Nagano Station, take JR Iiyama Line (1hour) to Togari-Nozawa onsen station.
And take taxi about 20 minutes.
